I really enjoyed the stay in this hotel, the area had all the food places nearby so that was very handy. This hotel need to watch their staff, I needed to book a taxi to go KLCC and one of the staff outside tried to scam me for 300 ringgit, I just said no thanks and downloaded the Grab App which only made the price 75 ringgit, that was the only one bad thing I have to criticise about, otherwise everything else was amazing.

New hotel, spacious room, fabulous pillows and soft bedsheets, absolutely delightful shampoo and conditioner and body lotion!!! great breakfast, good room service (but limited variety to choose from ...). I loved the interior design,

The service, staff, cleanliness and food were amazing in this IHG group hotel. We stayed here in a short stop over so only wanted a place to stay, freshen up and swim before our next flight. The rooms are so clean with some of the cleanest facilities we have seen for a long time, particularly for an airport hotel. We are in the restaurant with some of the best service we have had and with the best laksa curry we ate in Malaysia. The airport shuttle is free and conveniently leaving at quarter to the hour every hour from 0645 - 2045

I like the ambience,it nice to have one big hotel around the area so i didnt have to go far to bring kids if they want to swim.,liked the room and breakfast it was not bad at all.,the price also affordable .,most of all easy for u to find food restaurant,foodstall nearby also got speedmart .,

We chose the hotel as it was not too close to the airport to be noisy but close enough not to take too long to get there and back. We were very surprised at the standard of the hotel considering the price we paid, it is lovely. The room was perfect, very clean, bed was very comfy and we even had a choice of a soft or firm pillow! The bathroom supplies were eco friendly. The pool was good, although it's in the shade until early afternoon so we went in after lunch. We were given a late check out at no extra cost which was great. We will definately stay there again next time we are passing through KL. There is a handy supermarket opposite the hotel for snacks etc

Hotel was very clean and the rooms were very clean and exceeded expectations. Hotel has a free airport shuttle, however the schedule didn't fit with our requirements as we had to leave at 6am.

What I enjoyed about our stay at the Holiday Inn: - New, modern hotel with beautiful facilities - We used the gym & pool which were great and modern - beach towels were available so no need to use those provided in the room - Spacious, squeaky clean and modern room - All toiletries provided (shampoo / dental kit / slippers) - Robes were also provided which was a nice touch - Great shuttle service to the airport in the morning - hassle-free transport / organization - Really friendly staff - everyone was nice, friendly and helped us out with our luggages

Easily reached from KLIA (never any traffic) it takes 15 mins in a Grab / taxi. Check-in was smooth and easy. The place feels brand new – the room certainly felt this way. The bed was incredibly comfy and the room was large and quiet with all the amenities needed. The breakfast was great (although surprisingly I think the western-style options were stronger than the Asian options), so much choice, the fresh-out-of-the-oven pastries were a delight. The service at breakfast was also superb, esp. the woman who greeted me and the man that brought me my tea (and with fresh semi-skimmed milk – perfect!) The pool area was nice – large and peaceful. The area around the hotel felt a bit like an out-of-town retail park, but since I was there just one short night (1a.m.–10a.m), I didn’t leave the hotel to explore. I highly recommend this hotel.
